Schwebel '50 of Wigglesworth Hall, temporary chairman of the newly organized United Nations Council of Harvard, announced last night that the organization's first general meeting, scheduled for 8 o'clock this evening at Phillips Brooks House, would be postponed until shortly after hour exams.
