Harold Truscott Davis, Jr. '45, of Adams 6-31 and Hingham, Mass., was found dead in his bed yesterday morning by a maid coming to clean his room.
She told police she had seen him lying in bed 24 hours before but had assumed he was asleep and left. When she found him in the same position the next day, she looked closer and saw that he was dead.
She Immediately notified Archie McConnell, House superintendent, who called in police. An autopsy is being held but the coroner's report has not yet been released.
