Crimson Launches '48 Jubilee Sales

Undergraduate Distribution To Continue Through Week

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Sales of tickets to the 1948 Jubilee began yesterday at the CRIMSON Building, 14 Plympton Street, for all undergraduates, civilians and V-12--NROTC. For the first time, the tickets were offered to upperclassmen; previously, sales had been restricted to members of the Class of 1948, with the exception of purchases made by the V-12 and NROTC units Friday night.

Attendance at the Jubilee will, because of the size of the Kirkland House facilities, be limited strictly to 800 couples. Tickets will be on sale at the CRIMSON Building for the remainder of the week, while they last, from 10 to 5 o'clock.

Featuring two orchestras, the Jubilee will be held on the evening of Saturday, May 26, from 8 to 12 o' clock, in the dining hall and common room of Kirkland House. Courtyard dancing will be a feature, as will various athletic events planned for the afternoon before the dance.
