Compulsory athletics for civilians and members of the V-12 and NROTC units will end this week, Clarence B. Van Wyck, secretary to the Department of Physical Education, announced yesterday.
All organized calisthenics classes will come to a close on Saturday, Van Wyck said, required of undergraduates in the College. All men needing further credits to make up cuts incurred earlier in the term will have to make special arrangements with the Department of Physical Education.
