Standish won its second consecutive intramural basketball title last Friday by holding off NROTC 3B, 33 to 32, in a playoff game which saw 31 fouls called. Dick Firth of Standish put in five field goals and five charity tosses for a 15 point total, and Bill Hutcherson countered 11 points for the losers.
Final individual scoring tabulation for the spring tourney has six men over the 70 point mark: Clark (NROTC 3B), 98: Baker (Standish), 78; Firth (Standish), 75; Haskell (Lowell), 75; Hutcherson (NROTC 3B), 74; Johnson (NROTC 3B), 71.
