HUA Election Will Feature No Referenda or Survey Questions
Holding its first elections in more than a year, the Harvard Debate Council recently chose Arthur D. Sporn '47, of Lowell House, as its new president. He replaces Francis Woidich '46, soon to graduate from the NROTC unit here. Richard T. Gill '48, of Adams House, was elected secretary-treasurer.
The Council was scheduled to debate against a visiting team from Williams College last Friday evening, but the contest was called off at the last minute.
