J.V. Booters Win Again

The Jayvee soccer team booted out its third straight triumph on Thursday, blanking Belmont High, 3-0. Manny Aguirre scored in the first and third periods, and Dick Miller tallied in the second. Belmont boasted capable control of the ball, but lacked the accuracy of the Crimson aggregation. Tom Ragle and Bill Dawson led the stubborn defense that consistently frustrated the schoolboys' onslaughts.
