That world federation is the only way to escape an atomic war in which two-thirds of civilization will be wiped out is the theory behind the Wellesley Forum Committee on World Federation. At a meeting last night at the International Student Center of several students from Boston College, M.I.T., Northeastern, and Harvard, the Wellesley group began the formation of a student nucleus for spreading the doctrine.
