Lowell House Forum to Air China's Problems

Arthur N. Holcombe '06, professor of Government, and Professor G. Nye Steiger, of Simmons College, will speak tonight in the Lowell Common Room in a bi-partisan forum on the "Background and Issues of the China Conflict." Professor Holcombe will speak from the Nationalist viewpoint, while Professor Steiger will speak for the Communists.

Levin H. Campbell 3rd '48, has resigned the chairmanship of the Harvard Forum, which is sponsoring tonight's program in association with the Radcliffe League for Democracy. Campbell, who is succeeded by Herbert N. Raab '47, will devote his energies to the Student Council and the General Education Committee.
