The Harvard Forest at Petersham, Mass., will be the scene of a new type of course for the next ten days. For the first time in any University, a course in forest aerial photography is being offered to timber operators, foresters, and representatives of pulp and paper companies.

Having started yesterday with sixteen students, it will run until October 12. The course is based upon research developments of the last few years.
