Coach Henry Lamar's Crimson eleven will face its toughest opponent of the new season tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock on Soldiers Field, when unbeaten Worcester Tech will invade Harvard Stadium with a powerful and experienced team.
Featuring six returning veterans from the squad that defeated the Cantabs by the score of 13 to 0 last year, the W.P.I. attack is concentrated around the hard plunging of Hugo Norige, co-captain and fullback of the squad, and the fleet flank running of halfbacks Charley Schmit and George Kennedy.
Line Strong
Co-captain Walter Matzelevich, hold-over at tackle, is the 220 pound high spot in a line that will be a challenge to Lamar's forward wall. Another veteran on the Techmen's line is Bob Scott, all-around star at the end post, while Anson Fyler, at guard, has also returned from the 1943 first team.
With Rod Perkins still in sick bay, Freshman Walt Coulson will hold down the end position once more in tomorrow's contest. Coulson is slated for action in the punting department, as well as for further exhibitions of his pass-snaring ability. Scrappy Wally Mroz will be in the lineup again after a week's lay-off.
