COMPANY B LEADS IN INTRAMURAL BASEBALL

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Company B tightened its grip on first place in the intramural league yesterday, as it took a 9 to 0 forfeit win from the NROTC. With less than two weeks left in the hard-ball season, the undefeated B team has a one game edge on its nearest rival, in a race which any of four teams might conceivably win.

Second place-Company C was toppled out of a first place the last Saturday, as the third place D club trounced them 10 to 3. Three errors by the C club helped Ritchie outpitch Carter.

An aroused Adams House club blasted its way out of the cellar yesterday, toppling Company A 11 to 0, as Livermore hurled a two-hitter and the Gold Coast batsmen collected ten safeties, seven of them in a row for a new record.

The pace quickens today as Company D challenges the league leading B team's 4-0 record, and Adams battles the NROTC.
