Swinging into action for the first time this season the combined V-12 and NROTC battalion takes over Soldiers Field this afternoon at 4 o'clock. This will be the first chance that Captain C.H.J. Keppler, USN, has had to review the unit on the drill field.
The review will be of the formal Navy variety with the newly reorganized V-12 band supplying the marches. Plans for the review were arranged by Lt. Donald Fraser, USNR, Drill Officer.
Tonight the unit plans to swing into action once more but this time on the dance floor as the formal Regimental Ball takes place in Eliot House under the direction of the Eliot-Kirkland Joint House Committee.
This review will provide good practice for the full Brigade Review on May 25, in which the all Harvard Naval Training Schools will participate. At this time it is expected that Rear Admiral Robert A. Theobald, USN, Commandant of the First Naval District, will be the reviewing officer.
