With the probable return of at least 12 of last term's Varsity players, the possibility of a fairly favorable spring season seemed evident when the Harvard rugby team met last week at Dunster House.

Steve Ausnit '45 who last term acted as assistant coach, and in the one game played led his team to an 11 to 6 victory over a Royal Navy squad, is to be joined by Syd Cabot, former coach, in managing the team and arranging the schedule.

Preliminary plans were discussed at the meeting and the first practice date was set for Monday, April 3. Both coaches emphasized the fact that new men, regardless of whether they have had previous experience, are welcome to try out for the team.
