The combined NROTC team from Companies F and G still leads the Intramural Basketball League, having defeated a determined Adams squad, 30 to 22, yesterday afternoon in the Indoor Athletic Building for their third victory of the season.
In second place is energetic Company C club, a late starter, but a team to reckon with. Paced by League's two top acorns, Jones (39 points) and Hall (37 points), Company C has taken three of in four games so far. Standish and the II & I team have dropped from the front ranks, whereas Lowell has hit its atride.
Lowell showed its strength last Thursday in a tight fight with H & I, eking out a 13 to 12 decision. Today Lowell faces Company A and Standish meets Company D.
