After 12 months of intensive training here, the second division of Far Eastern Area and Language Army Specialized Training Program officers will graduate this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, in the Faculty Room of University Hall. Professor Carl J. Friedrich, director of the School for Overseas Administration, which supervises the program, will speak to them, as well as to the pre-medical ASTP group which has been studying here.

A Chinese dinner was given for the Far Eastern Group graduates at the Cambridge Boat Club on Wednesday night, by the informants and staff of the program. The trainees reported a collection they had taken for a donation to China Relief. A reception for the group is scheduled for this afternoon from 4 to 6 o'clock.
