I., for the planting and cultivation of certain trees, be forfeited to the University, attorneys have brought a writ of mandamus against the city, stating that it has failed to meet the conditions of the will. In accordance with the will, it was said that the money should revert to Harvard for scholarships for Providence high school graduates.
