Floyd Reelected President At Annual Meeting Tuesday

Members of the Harvard Varsity Club reelected Richard C. Floyd '11 president and elected Richard W. Mechem '45 vice-president and John P. Chase '28 secretary-treasurer at their annual meeting Tuesday in the Varsity clubhouse.

Both incoming officers were elected to the club for work in hockey. Mechem played on the 1942-43 hockey team, while Chase has served as coach of the sport here.

Other members of the Executive Committee chosen Tuesday evening include Lloyd M. Anderson '44, Col. William A. Barron, Jr. '14, Gaius W. Merwin, Jr. '45, Bolles, former coach of the crew, now with the Navy, were unanimously elected members of the club, although neither is a Harvard graduate.
