The arrival at the reclassification unit at the University of New Hampshire of 73 former Norwich University men, vanguard of about 800 first-year advanced ROTC students from Army camps on their way back to their alma maters, heralded the return of Harvard's Mil Sci 3 men, who left for three months of basic training on June 3.
