Claude R. Pepper, Democratic Senator from Florida, will be the principal speaker at a joint open forum of the Harvard and Radcliffe Councils of Post War Problems. Any one studying at the University is welcomed to the meeting that will be held Friday at 8:30 o'clock in the Lowell-House Junior Common Room.
Pepper, nationally known for his part in the Fight For Freedom movement, was an ardent interventionist before Pearl Harbor. He is expected to explain his plans and his stand on the issue of future world security and the part that will be taken by the United States.
