Debaters Seek Posts Against Eli, Princeton

Members of the Harvard Debating Council will compete on Friday, March 10, for six positions on a team to face Yale and Princeton. They must speak for seven minutes before three judges, and two of the six chosen will be awarded the $100 Coolidge prize.

The subject for debate will be "Resolved: that the United Nations form a permanent Federal Union with the powers to tax and regulate commerce, to establish an international' police force, and to admit new members who signify their adherence to these principles."
