Rickenbacker vs. Labor To Be Topic of Forum

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The second in a series of Government Department sponsored "current event" forums is slated for a meeting tonight in the Lowell House Junior Common Room at 7:30 o'clock. Topic for discussion is the series of recent attacks on American labor by Eddie Rickenbacker.

Defending the Rickenbacker views is John T. Dunlop, Faculty instructor in Economics, and justifying the position of labor is Morton R. Godine, Teaching Fellow in Government. Both will give short speeches to present the issues involved for subsequent open discussion.

As with the meeting last Wednesday, a poll will be taken at the end of the speeches and discussion to determine which side has the strongest argument. The forum is presented for the students, and is open to all interested.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the forum for this week is being held on Tuesday, instead of the day prescribed for all future forums last week, or Wednesday. The regular Wednesday schedule will be continued next week.
