The American Beveridge Plan will be discussed tonight in a forum sponsored by the Council on Post-War Problems and the Radcliffe Forum. The meeting will be held in the Lowell House Junior Common Room.
The speakers will be Alvin H. Hansen, Lucius N. Littauer Professor of Political Economy, Morris B. Lambie, professor of Government, and Talcott Parsons, associate professor of Sociology.
These men will each discuss the phase of the plan for which his training and experience has been fitted him.
The administrative problems that would have to be solved in order that the program meet success will be taken up by Lambie while Parsons will consider the lasting effects of such a plan on the nation from the viewpoint of a sociologist.
