Stressing the importance of American leadership in the post-war world, Jacob Anton De Hans, William Ziegler Professor of International Relationships, addressed a tea given last Saturday by the Netherlands Club.

Putting the situation in as certain as "The World is waiting for us to assume leadership; no other nation can do it," De Hans emphasized that each nation should recognize as soon as possible its own fitness for leadership in the world-wide cooperative organization that must be created in the years of peace.
