Application for A-12 and V-12 exams must be made before 5 o'clock today at the War Service Information Bureau in Little Hall by all men who wish to take the tests on April 2. First hurdle into the Navy's V-12 program, the exam is also recommended for any man expecting to enter the Army and to apply for any advanced training. No member of the services, including reserves, may take the tests.
