Senior Life Saving Classes Cut Down by Army and Navy Men

Because of the extra burden on the pool with the addition of the Navy men plus another anticipated load from the Army, the usual April courses in Senior Life Saving and Instruction may have to be postponed, Hal Ulen, swimming coach, announced yesterday.

Individual instruction, which was formerly a feature of the Life Saving course, will now have to be abandoned to the less careful group instruction. These April courses were previously quite popular since the passing of these tests was almost a prerequisite for counsellor jobs in summer camps.
