Rear Admiral Robert A. Theobald U. S. N. Commandant of the First Naval District and the Navy Yard in Boston will be the speaker at the graduation ceremonies for Class 4-42 of the Communications School. The commencement will take place today in Sanders Theatre.

Introducing the feature speaker will be Comdr, C.A. Macgowan U. S. N. (ret.), officer in charge of the School. He, in turn, will be introduced by Executive Officer Lt. Comdr. M. E. Paradise.
