Poon Prepares for Winter; Dons Warm Coat of Paint

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Mother Advocate made good her threat to retaliate on those Bow Street boys with a secret weapon, in a deceptive attack last evening on the Poon Building, Yank Levy style. The secret weapon was unmasked and its effects gleam brightly on the portals to the Lampoon.

The Literary Rangers, they hinted they would do, attacked with a poison in the form of a colloidal suspension carried in an alcoholic medium. It has a faint odor of mustard gas; but that characteristic odor is masked by a heavy scent of Chanel No. 5.

The saddest sight is to see crosseyed, disillusioned Poonsters trying to find their building; but kind hearted Adams House men have been of infinite help. Still, no one as yet has tipped the color blind Lampoon editors off about the dastardly deed and they have been only making matters worse by getting their hands and feet in the creamy goo.
