Members of the ASTP units will produce a musical play without a title some-time in February. A satire on the life and manners of an ASTP student, it was written by S/Sgt George Avakian, Pfc Sol Chofkin, Cpl Robert Glauber, who will direct the show, and Pfc George Reim.
Leading roles are going to Pfc Seymour Aronoff, Pfc Phillip Brown, Pfc Arnold Caplan, Pfc Sol Chafkin, Cpl. Charles Freitag, and Pfc Bert Smith. Cpl Michael Fedorchak is art director, Cpl Coffin is musical director, and Cpl Ed. L. Kandib is production secretary.
The show will be presented to ASTP Companies A and B, who are studying subjects ranging from Chinese, Japanese and Russian to advanced engineering.
