E. Thomas Binger Named Service News Head; Managing Ed Post Goes to C. Newton Peabody

The HARVARD SERVICE NEWS takes pleasure in announcing the election of E. Thomas Binger '46 of St. Paul, Minnesota, and the V-12 Unit as Editor for this term. He replaces Robert S. Landau '45. C. Newton Peabody '46 of Grosse Point, Michigan and the V-12 Unit will be Managing Editor, succeeding Lawrence G. Raisz '46. Dana Fernald '46 of Larchmont, New York and the Naval R.O.T.C. moves up from the Service Schools Editorship to take the place of Arthur C. Fields '46 as Executive Editor.

Replacing Fernald as Editor for the Service Schools will be Richard A. Green '47 of Trenton, New Jersey and Lowell House. Walter A. Bates '46 of Wadsworth, Ohio and the Naval R.O.T.C. has been elected Advertising Manager, while Russell B. Headley '46 of South St. Paul, Minnesota and the V-12 Unit will become Photographic Chairman. H. Seymour, Kassman '45 of Ithaca, New York and the V-12 Unit was chosen Features Editor.
