'Poon Punsters Out 'Pooned In Spy Club 'Poon Parody

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Now look, I don't mind most things, the bugles blowing in the Yard and all those guys marching around, that I can get used to. But for years now when they put out a Poon, it came out one-at-a-time, sorta easy like, none of this helter-skelter, war production stuff from the Bow Street grotto, no siree.

So yesterday morning I get up and there starting me in the face are two of 'em all different. Now I'm an average guy, just a genial backer, and I will read, a 'Poon, but not two, never.

Then some guy with a red and white tie and a strang dyspeptic look comes up and says no, that ain't two 'poons, one of 'em's a parody. Well, I'm a game joker so I says OK that's a paradoy, but to me, bud, it's just another 'Poon, to hold the stuff that was too good for the regular issue.
