January 28, Thursday--
Rooms assigned to incoming new students will be ready for occupancy. Students who have not been notified of assignment should go to Main Entrance of Lehman Hall immediately on reaching Cambridge.
January 29, Friday--
9--10:30 a.m. Registration in Boylston Hall for all new students in Harvard College, including new transfer students.
11 a.m.--1 p.m. Examination for exemption from English A, Boylston Hall. Certain incoming Freshmen have been notified on the certificate of admission that they are eligible to take it.
1:30--3 p.m. Place Test in Chemistry and Placement Test in Physics, Emerson D.
3:30--5 p.m. Placement Test in French, Emerson D.
7:30 p.m. Reception for all new students in Harvard College. Junior Common Room, Kirkland House.
January 30, Saturday--
8:40 a.m. Morning Chapel Service for new students. Appleton Chapel (east wing of Memorial Church).
9 a.m. Required meeting for new students in Emerson D. Announcements by Dean of Freshmen and others.
10 a.m.--1 p.m. Freshman Advisers available for conference.
5 p.m. Study cards will be due at 2 University Hall before this hour. Penalty of $5 for late filing of schedules of courses.
