Varsity trackmen scored a smashing victory over Northeastern Saturday, capturing seven events, but Crimson first string matmen bowed to a scrappy Penn team, which scored its 20th successive victory, winning 20 to 13.

Crimson-track captain Don MacKinnon strided to win the 45-yard hurdles and Peto Garland took both the shotput and high jump. Winners among Crimson matmen were Walt Parsons, Don Albion, and Lee Sosman, while Howard Schless won by forfoit.

Crimson Jayvees defeated an Exeter squash team 5 to 0 over the weekend in a game contested in the Linden Street Courts. The Crimson five were John Zinsser, Cortlandt Parker, Gerald Sullivan, Chester Rowe, and Maximilian Tufts.

In a one-sided game between the Jayvee basketmen and Exeter, the Crimson team trimmed its opponents 34 to 19, winning its third victory of the season, in the Indoor Athletic Building.

The Jayvee hockey sextet blanked an Exeter squad with ease on Saturday, winning a 4 to 0 triumph, with Dave Farrell and Walter Sears sparking the Crimson to victory.

Milton's three year winning streak did not break-down Saturday, when Milton matmen pinned a 15 to 11 decision on Crimson Jayvees.
