The course of true love continued its proverbial twisting path yesterday, at least as far as the Wellesley and Harvard Freshmen were concerned, when the proposed railroad excursion to the environs of Lake Waban ran a foul of the unsettled conditions that have accompanied Wellesley's wartime acceleration.

Contrary to the announcement posted is the Houses, the meeting has been postponed until the second week in October and not until tomorrow.

But the official decision didn't discourage all Crimson beauty-lovers, as a fairly considerable number of Harvard men managed to traverse the 13 miles by less official means of transportation.
