Speaking under the auspices of the Conference on Tomorrow's Children, William M. Agar, nationally known author and at present the Educational Director of Freedom House, is the speaker tonight at the Forum lecture in New Lecture Hall at 8 o'clock. His subject is "What Are We Fighting For."

Through his position as head of the Union for Democratic Action before the days of Pearl Harbor Agar became a national figure and has written frequently on the underlying goals of the war. One of his latest articles on this subject was featured in New York's PM.

Two other lectures highlight the mid-week program of speakers offered by the Summer School to all students and undergraduates free of charge. Thursday afternoon Professor F. R. Scott of McGill University will give the second regular Current Events talk of the week.

Thursday evening at 8 o'clock in New Lecture Hall, Miss Alya Myrdal, a leading figure in the Conference program, will speak on "Human Resources in Democracy's New Order."
