EDUCATION EXPERT TO DISCUSS STUDY

Acting in conjunction with the Boston University School of Education, the Alumni Institute of the Graduate School of Education will be held in order to discuss the Eight-Year Study of the Progressive Education Association.

These Boston University meetings, which will be held in Boston today and tomorrow, July 27 and 28, and in Hunt Hall tomorrow and Wednesday, July 28 and 29, will be directed by Wilford M. Aikin, Director of the Eight-Year Study. In addition to the conferences in Boston, and the discussion meeting in Hunt Hall, there will be a luncheon here at the Faculty Club.

An opportunity is presented in these Boston University meetings for the through-going discussion of the Eight-Year Study of the Progressive Education Association for a joint program which is centered on long-term educational problems.

This afternoon at 4 o'clock Aikin will discuss the significance of curricular changes in connection with the Eight-Year Study at the Soden Building, 84 Exeter Street, Boston. Group meetings will follow this general conference at 4:50 and 7 o'clock.
