Elliott Perkins '23, head of the War Service Information Bureau, will begin tomorrow evening at 9:50 o'clock a series of weekly ten-minute talks over the Crimson Network, in which he will clarify problems students may have in their war service plans.

Although Perkins will devote future discussions to the individual problems which he has encountered during the week, his first talk will be on the Army Enlisted Reserve Corps. He will discuss in particular the relative importance of grades and other factors.
