With most of the regulars absent, the '45 baseball team fell before Governor Dummer 5 to 2 at Newburyport yesterday afternoon. Bill McAuliffe failed to gain a victory in his first official mound start, and only George Casey and Billy Barron were able to solve the opposing hurler with any consistency. The team plays Yale Thursday at New Haven.
