Men who go to 150 Causeway Street to enroll in V-7 should take with them the following papers:
1. Properly authenticated transcript of college record.
2. If the applicant has already obtained his college degree he should present a letter from the registrar of the college attended giving a complete description of the mathematics courses taken. Credit for a course in plane trigonometry should be submitted.
3. An undergraduate must present a certified statement in duplicate stating the time he will complete the requirements for his degree, and also a statement from the registrar to the effect that the required mathematic courses have been or will be completed by the time the degree is awarded.
4. A duly authenticated copy of the applicant's birth certificate or a baptismal record or evidence from a reputable person as to place of birth.
5. Three letters of recommendation written on the business or professional stationery of the person writing the recommendation and at least one of these letters should be written by someone who has known the applicant and his family for some time so that he can attest to the applicant's family background and citizen traits.
6. If the applicant has been a member of the armed forces he must present an honorable discharge.
