Crimson Wins Doubles Finals In New England Tournament

Three men from Coach Jack Barnaby's Varsity tennis team came through to win the doubles and reach the singles finals at the New England Intercollegiate tennis matches held at Middletown, Conn. on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Jim Jenkins was the only Crimson player to get to the singles finals, where he bowed to Richardson of Springfield. In the doubles, Dick Sorlien and Hugh Hyde downed Dartmouth's entries, 6-4, 2-6, 6-3, 6-2.
