APPLICATIONS FOR V-7 CLOSE MAY 1

Juniors and Seniors will have their final opportunity this week to apply for entrance into V-7 Friday, May 1 being the deadline for application, Eliot C. Perkins announced yesterday. V-7 is the program started last year to prepare college students for commissions as deck or engineering officers in the United States Navy.

Perkins, head of the newly instituted V-1 program at Harvard, emphasized that applicants would facilitate the enrollment procedure if they were to act on or before Wednesday, April 29.
