Charles William Eliot '20, Director of the National Resources Planning Board, will speak in the Kirkland House Junior Common Room this evening at 8 o'clock on the subject of "Planning vs. Waste."

In the meeting, which is sponsored by the Harvard Post-War Problem Council, Eliot will discuss marshalling the country's resources for the future, and the type of government planning that will be needed after the war.

The National Resources Planning Board, headed by Eliot, issued a report late in January on the war aims of this country, with particular reference to the economic problems which we will face after the war.
