Freshmen study cards for next year will not be due until after the spring vacation, Dean Phelps' office revealed yesterday. Because of the indefinite state of the entire subject of concentration, academic plans for Sophomore year can not be made at this time.
The annual meeting for Freshmen to discuss problems of concentration has been postponed to April 18 this year until the situation has taken more concrete shape.
