Fencers Place Only One Man In West Point Pentagonals

With a single third-place as their only reward, the Varsity fencers turned in a thoroughly dismal performance in the pentagonal meet at West Point Saturday.

Winning his third in the epee, George White proved to be the only Crimson swordsman to even place in any of the three events. The meet was won by the Cadets, who carried the saber and the three-event trophies, while Yale and Navy took one event each to leave Princeton sharing the cellar with the Crimson.
