The semi-finals results were: 155-Parrot won a technical knockout over Parish, 155-Hawkins gained a decision over Webster, 165-Work won a decision over Bartlett, 165-Richardson outpointed Halisey, unlimited-Lyman Knocked out McCaffrey, unlimited-Gardiner won a decision over Ward.
Probably the best bout of the evening was the finals in the 165-pound class between George Work and Ed Richardson. They both took a severe beating and when the bell rang in the last round neither man could move his arms.
