LIEUT. BOOTH RECEIVERS FULL ARMY COMMISSION

Kenneth L. Booth '39, instructor of Mil Sci 1 and assistant professor of Military Science and Tactics, won a Second Lieutenancy in the Regular Army in a nationwide competition, the War Department announced yesterday. He will hold the temporary rank of First Lieutenant, the same rank he held in the Reserves.

As it has been the War Department's policy to keep only one Regular Army officer with each ROTO unit, it is expected that Lieut. Booth will be transferred to a field unit soon.
