With a well organized three deep squad the Leverett hoopsters took a weak Dunster five in a 34 to 12 victory, at the Indoor Athletic Building yesterday. In the other game of the afternoon Adams wrested its third straight victory of the season from an overpowered Winthrop team by a 27 to 21 score.
With only five players showing up for the game the Funsters had little to show against the Bunnies reserve strength. High scorer for the Bunnies was Norm Cameron with eight points, while the rest of the tallies were divided pretty evenly among the first and second string forwards.
Showing promise of a fine season the third Adams victory was oven more decisive than the score might indicate. The standout performers for the Gold Coast quintet were Bill Wilcox and Ray Holtan, who have been steadily leading the team's attack. Jim Faust took the high scoring honors for the defeated Puritans.
