then, as the flames swept upwards, Greer yelled. "Fire!" and rushed with the girl to the main entrance. They were forced to push down the jammed revolving door, believing that Jenkins and the two girls were behind him. Finally Greer was swept uninjured into the street although those directly behind him were burned. He was unable to locate any of the other three immediately afterwards.
