EXTENSION TO ADD COURSES

Two of Night Classes are Held Here in New Program

Several University extension courses began last week as the fall activities of the program got under way, it was announced recently. Included in the schedule are two courses in scientific fields, which will be given here.

"Industrial Electricity," which combines instruction in electrical wiring with the mathematical work of factory electrification, is one of the two. It will be given in Harvard Hall by Henry R. Kurth, practicing engineer.

Dealing with the time elements of production, the second course here, "Motion and Time Study" is designed mainly for foremen and supervisors. The instructor of the class, which will be given in Sever, is Howard W. Calverley of the General Electric Company.
