Thirty-nine members of the University Auxiliary Fire Department received their certificates last night from Aldrich Durant '02, business manager and chief warden of the College, at a dinner in honor of the Harvard fire fighters.
Organized last April, the Auxiliaries already have considerable equipment, including four new trucks. Under Cambridge Fire Department teachers, they have been spending three hours a week training for their work.
